FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
If you’ve never visited a professional Other before, you’re bound to have lots of questions or concerns. Below, you’ll find a list of several frequently asked questions from my patients. Connect with me today for more information.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST TREATMENT?
Massage space
My table is about 0.7m x 2m when unfolded, so I need a minimum of 1.5m x 2.5m space.
Please prepare two towels, and a blanket.
Freshness and purity
It is worth taking a shower or bath before the massage. Warm water, a sense of freshness and purity can relax us very well and initially relax, which will make it easier for you to rest during the massage.
Food and drinks
Both a full and an empty stomach can spoil the whole massage. Try to eat something lightly digestible at least an hour before the massage. It is also worth not drinking too much, because the pressure on the bladder will definitely not allow you to fully relax and unwind.
Toilet
It is worth using the toilet before the massage so that nothing will disturb us during the massage. The massage should not be interrupted, but if you really need it, don't be afraid to say so.
Long hair
As a masseur, I can honestly tell you that long loose hair can really make a massage uncomfortable. For your own comfort and the masseur's (I've accidentally pulled my hair more than once) it's worth tying your hair up quite high
